History Detectives Club Meeting: The Frances Willard House

Admission to Willard House is $5/child; $10 adult

For our next meeting in June, we’ll visit the Frances Willard House in Evanston (1730 Chicago Avenue).  Willard, one of the most famous American woman of the late nineteenth century, lived by the motto, “Do Everything.”  We’ll learn about the many reform movements in which she was involved, including temperance and women’s rights, and view artifacts from her home and office.  

The club is open to kids in grades 4 - 8 and you must be member of the jr. history club to participate.  For more information and to join, click here
