More than 200 people turned out for the Wilmette Historical Society's annual housewalk fundraiser in 2006. Four homes in the new Ouilmette North Historic District were featured. The homes have been rehabilitated and updated while preserving their original integrity. Each of the featured homes also had a unique historical value which was emphasized during the housewalk.
